Supervisor Ops Knowledge & Training (FEP)
Hybrid role (3 days/week in office) at our Salt Lake City, Boise, Fargo, Portland, Vancouver, Renton, Medford, Burlington, and Lewiston offices. Preference will be given to current employees and candidates who reside within a commutable distance from our Salt Lake City, Boise, Fargo and Lewiston offices or who are willing to relocate.

As a member of the Learning & Development team, our Supervisor Ops Knowledge & Training leads and oversees knowledge and training services for assigned operations sites while partnering with site leadership to execute training strategies across Cambia Operations lines of business - all in service of making our members' health journeys easier

What You Bring to Cambia:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Communication, or related field
6 years of knowledge and/or training experience
3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
Experience with FEP line of business required
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
Skills and Attributes:
Advanced knowledge of learning technologies, including LMS platforms and course authoring software, within the context of instructional design
Strong competency in adult learning principles, curriculum development, and eLearning design across classroom and virtual environments
Demonstrated experience with Federal Employee Program (FEP) operations, with the ability to apply that knowledge immediately in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to develop common core processes and knowledge and training best practices across operations
Experience with AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and decision-making in professional settings highly desired
Demonstrated ability to analyze business needs and provide consultation on knowledge and training solutions across multiple lines of business
Strong presentation skills and proven ability to develop and deliver training materials and content for employee audiences
Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated experience leading change management efforts and driving stakeholder engagement across teams
Proven ability to lead cross-functional and remote teams, set priorities, and drive execution of training programs (preferred)
Note: Leadership experience is preferred but not required.
What You Will Do at Cambia:
Lead a team of trainers and document specialists supporting Customer Service and Claims operations, ensuring employees have the knowledge and resources needed to perform their roles effectively
Develop and deliver training programs and materials that meet the needs of Customer Service and Claims teams across all lines of business
Partner with Operations leadership to assess needs, align on priorities, and ensure knowledge and training strategies are executed effectively
Provide supervisory oversight for staff, including performance reviews, coaching, development, hiring, and retention
Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, escalating issues as needed and collaborating across departments to remove barriers
Serve as a key contributor in establishing and maintaining consistent knowledge and training practices, representing the department on cross-functional projects and initiatives
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities while facilitating system enhancements and completing special projects as needed
Pay ranges vary based on the candidate's work location. The expected hiring range depends on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history.
Oregon, Washington, Utah, and Idaho: The expected hiring range is $81,000 - $103,500, the full salary range is $72,000 - $117,000, and the bonus target is 10%.
North Dakota: The expected hiring range is $76,213 - $96,095 and the full salary range is $66,273 - $106,036.
