JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Supervisor, Office Support Services to join our growing team.
Job Description
Position Summary
The Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all administrative, customer service, production support, shipping, receiving, inventory control (both raw materials and consumables), and clerical functions at ABS Sacramento. This role ensures accurate order processing, production reporting, inventory transactions, shipping documentation, receiving documentation, customer communication, and office operations that support the manufacturing facilitys daily performance.
The Office Supervisor serves as a key liaison between Manufacturing, Sales, Customer Service, Scheduling, Shipping, Receiving, Purchasing, and Finance to ensure operational excellence, accurate data management, and timely customer communication. Success in this role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Expected pay for this role is between $63,500.00 to $105,900.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
