General Duties:

REACH Supervisor of Logistics and Grant Management responsibilities include but are not limited to:

REACH Supervisor of Logistics and Grant Management responsibilities include but are not limited to:

? Serves as Site Coordinator for grant programs required of this role including oversight of all

aspects of grant funding including grant writing, reporting, and compliance to ensure continued

funding

? Develops program budgets and monitors program spending and revenue against budget;

? Manages administrative and procurement tasks such as purchase orders, requisitions, and bill

payment;

? Serves as a liaison between the REACH program, home and community, including

calling/meeting parents when there are concerns about students, and consulting with other

agencies and school staff involved in the student's life;

? Represents REACH at funder meetings (for example, DPH, DESE, CDBG);

? Oversee process for field trip approval; attend and supervise field trips

? Convene staff meetings, professional development and coach staff to align with REACH

program's desired outcomes and mission.

? Keeps records of all communications with students, teachers, parents, administrators, as well as

outside agencies;

Qualifications: College Degree and three (3) years experience; or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job. A Master's degree and specific experience in nonprofit management, education, social work, and working with schools is desired. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Compensation: $30.00-$35.00 an hour (Based on qualifications and experience

Dates/Time: Full Academic Year

  • Approximately First Day of School - Approximately Last Day of School
  • Monday - Thursday, 2:30-6pm
