Warren Wilson College is seeking a hands-on Supervisor of Construction and Project Management to help guide and coordinate a wide range of construction and facilities-related projects from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field, working closely with contractors and student crews, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on budget and on schedule.
In this position, you'll oversee daily construction activities, coordinate vendors and a crew of 10-15 college aged students, track project progress, and help ensure that work meets quality standards and organizational expectations. You'll play a key role in keeping projects organized, communicating updates, and helping resolve issues as they arise.
The right candidate brings practical construction experience and a strong ability to manage multiple moving pieces at once. You're someone who communicates clearly, keeps things on track, and doesn't hesitate to step in and solve problems. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to take the next step into a supervisory role or continue growing their leadership experience in a collaborative environment.
