Supervisor of Building & Grounds

The Supervisor of Building and Grounds is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and working alongside custodial and maintenance staff, and personally performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, grounds work, and other hands-on facility responsibilities. The Supervisor of Building and Grounds ensures district facilities are safe, clean, well-maintained, and ready for students and staff. The Supervisor is also responsible for long-range facility planning, preventive maintenance programs, work order systems, vendor/contractor oversight, and the supervision of maintenance and custodial staff.
