Seeking a Supervisor of Accounting for the INSA business unit located in Pittsburgh, PA.
Requires experience with Applied EPIC system and strong insurance accounting knowledge.
Responsibilities include overseeing revenue and disbursement recording, commission processing, month-end reporting, and financial analysis for advisory businesses.
Manages a team, providing coaching and leadership to ensure operational efficiency.
Performs bookkeeping, reconciliations, variance reporting, and oversees receivables/payables processes.
Focuses on process improvements, controls, and compliance with risk management policies.
Minimum education is a BA/BS with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Skills include project management, communication, organization, and proficiency in MS Office.
