MINIMUM QULAIFICATONS: Candidates for this position will be evaluated under the Federal Wage System (FWS) Job Grading Standards. Work is sometimes performed on ladders and/or scaffolds, which requires employee to work overhead or in stretched, cramped or awkward positions. Work is performed inside and outside in all kinds of weather and is usually dirty, dusty, and greasy. Incumbent may perform work where bad smelling fumes are present. Incumbent has frequent exposure to broken bones.
