The Field Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading daily drill pipe inspection operations by supervising field personnel, managing resources and schedules, and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality service delivery while maintaining compliance with company policies, industry standards, and customer requirements. The role is focused on driving operational excellence, supporting customer satisfaction, and fostering a strong culture of safety.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in drill pipe inspection, NDT, or oilfield services
- 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of inspection methods (EMI, UT, visual) and industry standards (API, DS-1)
