Freddy’s is looking for experienced supervisors who are responsible for supporting management with the day-to-day operations in the restaurant by providing leadership, motivating team members, and meeting operational expectations.

Specific Responsibilities:
- Supervise the floor during meal periods to ensure that Freddy's standards of Hospitality, Quality, and Cleanliness are being followed
- Correct operational mistakes with a goal of satisfying the guest
- Provide motivational support to team members
- Assist with management of team schedules
- Exhibit leadership through a supportive presence during shifts
- Ensure compliance with food safety, security, quality and cleanliness standards
- Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, locking doors
- Complete schedule inventories and stock and requisition necessary supplies
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees; and serve as a role model
- Follow all company, safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, or injuries
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets
- Support all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect
- Ensure a hospitality focused culture
- Support strategies to ensure operational progress, sales growth and employee retention
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Physical Requirements (including but not limited to):
- Available to work a variety of hours to include days, nights, and weekend
- Must be able to work up to a 10-hour shift while standing or walking to perform essential functions
- Will be required to lift up to 40 pounds during the course of a workday
- Will require bending, stooping, and occasional use of a ladder
