What You'll Do
As 2nd Shift Production Supervisor, you'll run day-to-day operations in our Packaging and Blending department. You'll make sure production goals are hit safely, on time, and to quality standards, and you'll develop your team along the way.

Lead, coach, and develop a production team, building accountability, teamwork, and a positive shift culture
Assign work and coordinate schedules, changeovers, and equipment use to meet daily production targets
Track efficiency and labor use, and find ways to improve output and reduce costs
Make sure products meet GMP, food safety, and quality standards
Support safety programs and ISO requirements
Handle employee relations, including attendance, performance, work rules, and corrective action
Keep accurate records for timekeeping, overtime, inventory, and variances
Help manage department budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
Help your team adapt as processes, equipment, and priorities change during a period of growth

What You Bring
1–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing setting
Food packaging, food processing, or blending experience strongly preferred
Working knowledge of GMP and food safety standards is a plus
Comfortable with computers and standard workplace software
Steady under pressure and able to lead people through change
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business, or related field preferred
