Arthrex Manufacturing in Ave Maria, FL is looking to find someone to lead a high-performing team across Milling, Drill Cell, and EDM in this Supervisor - Component Manufacturing role, where this individual will drive operational excellence and ensure alignment with production goals. In addition, will also oversee, manage, and provide direction to the manufacturing department that will effectively and profitably meet or exceed internal and/or external client expectations by delivering superior quality products and service. Shift: 1st Shift - Tuesday through Friday from 5:00am to 3:30pm

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:
Lathes preferably Swiss, Milling Machines and Wire EDM's
Language and Communication Skills:
Ability to comprehend and apply language skills to the degree required to perform the job based upon the job requirements listed above. Ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues effectively to other team members and management. Ability to write and record data and information as required by procedures.
