    Supervisor Imaging Services - Ultrasound

    Join our Imaging Services team as the Ultrasound Imaging Services Supervisor, providing leadership and daily operational oversight for the Ultrasound team. In this role, you will support team members, ensure high quality patient care, coordinate staffing and workflow, and help maintain excellence in clinical operations, regulatory compliance, and employee development.

    Responsibilities

    • Acts as a clinical resource for team in daily problem solving
    • Performs imaging studies within area of oversight as needed
    • Mentors new employees
    • Participates in Regulatory Compliance training and activities
    • Participates in quality assurance and quality improvement projects
    • Ensures compliance with established regulations and standards including quality improvement projects, quality assurance, and confidentiality and documentation
    • Maintains technical expertise and competency to operate equipment for departmental coverage needs
    • Covers for other areas within Imaging Services department in absence of supervisor as needed
    • Performs annual performance evaluations, coaching and counseling

    • Collaborate closely with radiologists, providers, and multidisciplinary care teams to support outstanding patient outcomes.
    • Work with advanced ultrasound technology in a fast paced, patient centered environment.

    • Play a key role in quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and operational excellence.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Graduate of an accredited college in area of oversight with credentialing in one of the following required:
    • Graduate of an accredited college in Ultrasound required and ARDMS credentialed in RDMS and RVT and at least one additional corresponding specialty exam
    • Bachelor degree preferred
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in area of oversight
    • Previous leadership experience preferred
    • Ability to use a computer and department specific software and EHR programs
    • BLS required
