PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center | Vancouver, WA
Level II Trauma Center

Not every Radiology leadership role is about fixing problems. Some are about helping good people become even better.
At PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, WA, an experienced Radiology team is looking for a leader who understands that trust is built through consistency, transparency, and follow-through.
This isn't a situation where a department needs rescuing.
It's a chance to guide a skilled team, strengthen relationships, support caregivers, and help ensure imaging remains a trusted clinical partner throughout the hospital.
As the Radiology Supervisor, you'll oversee approximately 45 caregivers, including radiologic technologists and students, developing the next generation of imaging professionals. You'll partner closely with Lead Technologists, physicians, fellow imaging leaders, and frontline caregivers to support daily operations, professional development, quality initiatives, and departmental success.
At PeaceHealth, we believe exceptional patient care starts with exceptional caregiver support. As a Person-First, values-driven, and highly trusted healthcare organization, we are committed to caring for our caregivers with the same respect, compassion, and attention we provide our patients.
That commitment extends beyond culture.

Who Thrives Here
Why You'll Love Living Here
Vancouver offers the balance many healthcare leaders spend years searching for.
You can build a meaningful career at a regional medical center while enjoying a lifestyle that includes easy access to the outdoors and strong neighborhoods. And unlike Oregon just across the river, Washington residents pay no state income tax. But Portland's dining, arts, and entertainment options are minutes away, while Southwest Washington offers a little more breathing room at the end of the day.
It's a place where work stays important, but life doesn't take a back seat.
What You'll Bring
If you're an imaging leader who believes great departments are built on trust, values strong relationships, and wants the opportunity to make a lasting impact on both caregivers and patient care, we'd welcome the opportunity to connect.
