Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Imaging Operations Supervisor to join our Digital Solutions team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day imaging projects, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards, and monitoring production timelines to deliver exceptional results.

The Digital Solutions team helps lead customers along their digital transformation journey by converting physical documents into digital assets and extracting critical data to support global business processes.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Lead and develop a production team of 50 - 60 employees by providing daily direction, mentoring, and cross-training to ensure high performance and accountable standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to research and resolve issues, modifying work procedures as needed to meet evolving customer demands and project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with operational workflows and organizational standards, including the management of employee schedules, timecards, and accurate invoicing processes.

What You’ll Bring The ideal candidate will have:

• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume production or imaging environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and technical workflows required to manage complex digital transformation projects.
• Proven ability in team leadership and organizational management, with a track record of meeting strict quality and outcome-focused deliverables.
• A High School Diploma (required), while a College Degree is preferred to support professional growth.

• Compensation: $62,200.00 annually, plus benefits.
