Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of Extension & Conversion)
Shift: 1st Shift Team Lead | 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Summary
Supervise and lead production and/or maintenance employees on an assigned shift, ensuring operations meet established safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards. Serve as the first-line liaison between shop-floor employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and motivate a diverse team of production workers.
· Ensure employees understand their roles and responsibilities related to Safety, Quality, and Delivery.
· Develop and execute production schedules with management to meet production targets.
· Assign daily work, fill vacancies, and coordinate overtime based on production needs.
· Monitor Control Plans, workmanship, production activities, and quality requirements.
· Provide employee training, work instructions, tools, feedback, and development opportunities.
· Monitor individual and team performance; provide feedback and take corrective/disciplinary action when required.
· Administer employee policies, procedures, work rules, and respond to employee concerns.
· Promote continuous improvement and encourage process improvement ideas.
· Plan equipment/facility maintenance to maximize uptime and equipment utilization.
· Monitor operating costs and maintain department budget targets.
· Implement and monitor safety, housekeeping, and workplace safety programs.
· Collaborate with management to achieve departmental goals and production targets.
· Ability to work daily and weekend overtime based on production needs.

Education
· Degree or equivalent work-related experience.
