What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee daily operations across all areas of the restaurant, from front-of-house to kitchen
• Manage cash handling, point-of-sale systems, and financial accuracy with integrity
• Lead and support our team with genuine care addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment
• Handle guest complaints with grace and find solutions that keep people coming back
• Maintain high standards in food service, cleanliness, and customer experience
• Step in wherever needed to keep the cafe running at its best

What We're Looking For
You've got solid restaurant experience under your belt and understand what it takes to keep a busy cafe humming. You're comfortable with money management, you've got strong people skills, and you know how to turn a challenging moment into a positive one.
