Position Summary

As our Evening & Weekend Supervisor, you'll oversee daily retail operations during some of our busiest hours. You'll lead by example, support and coach team members, ensure excellent customer service, and help maintain the high standards our customers have come to expect.

Responsibilities

• Supervise evening and weekend retail staff

• Open and/or close the store following company procedures

• Coach, motivate, and support employees throughout each shift

• Ensure the store is clean, stocked, and beautifully presented

• Handle customer concerns professionally and confidently

• Operate and balance cash registers accurately

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs

• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed

• Maintain a positive, fun, and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

• Previous retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience preferred

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Friendly, positive, and dependable

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional special events

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
