Supervisor, Fulfillment

We're looking for a Supervisor, Fulfillment to join our team in Mebane, NC. If you're passionate about warehouse operations, logistics, team leadership, and continuous improvement, this is your opportunity to lead a team responsible for delivering products enjoyed by fans around the world. 

Location: Mebane, NC

Schedule: Night Shift | 7 pm -7am | 2,2,3,2 rotation |

Summary 

The Fulfillment Supervisorprovides leadership and oversight for daily fulfillment operations, ensuring products are received, processed, and shipped accurately and on time. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for developing team members, driving operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a safe and productive work environment. 

Partnering closely with department leadership, this position plays a key role in achieving customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and departmental performance goals. 

What You'll Do 

• Lead and support daily fulfillment operations to ensure accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory movement. 

• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse team members to maximize engagement and performance. 

• Monitor operational metrics related to quality, productivity, cost, and on-time delivery. 

• Resolve operational issues and collaborate with teams to improve workflow and efficiency. 

• Maintain fulfillment reports and communicate operational updates to management. 

• Coordinate staffing, schedules, and labor resources to meet business demands. 

• Support employee development, performance management, and training initiatives. 

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operating procedures. 

• Partner with Security and Quality teams to maintain operational and regulatory compliance. 

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. 

What You'll Bring 

Education & Experience 

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. 

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred. 

• 5+ years of fulfillment, warehousing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain experience. 

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience required. 

• Experience with warehouse management systems and fulfillment processes. 

• Knowledge of ISO, OSHA, 5S, Lean, or continuous improvement practices preferred. 

Skills & Abilities 

• Strong leadership and team development capabilities. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and operational systems. 

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. 

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. 

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
