The Equipment Mechanic Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of employees engaged in the installation, repair, and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment. This role provides technical guidance in diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic issues, while ensuring safe and efficient work practices. The supervisor plans and assigns work based on production schedules, interprets specifications and blueprints, and oversees adherence to company policies and safety regulations. In addition to managing spare parts inventory and production records, the Equipment Mechanic Supervisor mentors and develops team members, collaborates with cross-functional departments, and partners with Process Engineers to improve equipment performance, manufacturing processes, and overall operational efficiency.
