Supervisor, CTE JobID: 7556 Position Type: Department of CurriculumDate Posted: 9/9/2026 Closing Date: 09/22/2026 Additional Information: Show/HidePROGRAM: Curriculum and Instruction Department POSITION (S): Supervisor, CTE Program REQUIREMENTS: Must possess a valid New Jersey Supervisor Certificate or appropriate New Jersey administrative certification.Minimum of seven (7) years of successful teaching experience.Demonstrated knowledge of New Jersey Career and Technical Education programs and the New Jersey Student Learning Standards, including the 21st Century Life and Career Standards.Knowledge of Perkins V requirements, CTE accountability measures, program approval requirements, and applicable federal and state regulations.Experience developing, implementing, evaluating, and improving CTE programs, courses, and career pathways.Experience developing and maintaining partnerships with business and industry, colleges and universities, workforce development agencies, and community organizations.Experience coordinating work-based learning opportunities, including internships, apprenticeships, job shadowing, career experiences, and industry-connected learning.Knowledge of industry-recognized credentials, certifications, and current workforce and labor market trends.Experience with grant writing, grant management, and identifying funding opportunities to support CTE programsKnowledge and experience with budget development, fiscal management, purchasing, equipment, facilities, and resource allocation.Ability to monitor and analyze student enrollment, achievement, graduation, certification attainment, postsecondary placement, and other CTE program outcomes.Strong organizational, communication, leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Such other qualifications as the Superintendent may deem appropriate and acceptable.SALARY/STIPEND: As per contractual agreement LOCATIONS: Department of Curriculum & Instruction (Central Office) STARTING DATE: To Be Determined
