    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivational Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in leading and supporting our operational team while ensuring excellence in all processes. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment where team members feel valued and empowered to achieve our organizational goals.     Leadership and Team Management:

    • Supervise and lead team members in the absence of senior management, providing clear direction and support
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster professional development
    • Implement progressive discipline procedures in accordance with company guidelines while maintaining empathy and fairness
    • Create and maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive work environment that promotes respect and collaboration among all team members
    • Attend and actively participate in leadership and development training sessions to enhance your supervisory skill set

    Operational Oversight and Quality Assurance:

    • Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with company standards, industry regulations, OSHA requirements, and local, state, and federal guidelines
    • Ensure team members are trained and consistently follow established procedures and safety protocols
    • Identify operational inefficiencies and make recommendations to senior management for process improvements
    • Conduct regular inspections of the work area to verify proper functioning of equipment and adherence to quality standards
    • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement timely solutions to maintain productivity

    Reporting and Documentation:

    • Prepare accurate daily and period reports on key performance indicators, including productivity metrics, staffing levels, and operational efficiency
    • Compile statistical data and analyze trends to support informed decision-making
    • Maintain detailed records of team performance, training completion, and safety incidents
    • Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to senior management in a transparent and timely manner

    Inventory and Resource Management:

    • Accurately track and manage inventory of operational supplies and materials
    • Coordinate ordering and replenishment of supplies to ensure adequate stock levels
    • Work collaboratively with vendors and suppliers to schedule deliveries and maintain supply chain efficiency
    • Monitor budget awareness and support cost-control initiatives

    Hands-On Operational Support:

    • As needed, work alongside team members to perform operational tasks and meet production or service goals
    • Demonstrate proficiency in all operational functions and rotations
    • Lead by example, showing commitment to quality and efficiency in all tasks

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or GED
    • Minimum 2-3 years of documented supervisory experience
    • Minimum 2-3 years of operational, production, or manufacturing experience
    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office software
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members
    • Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance (OSHA, GMP, or equivalent)
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
    • Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
    • Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
    • Willingness to support a 24-hour operation and be on call when necessary
    • Ability to pass a background check
    • Physical capability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift materials up to 25 lbs. frequently and 50 lbs. occasionally, and work in varying environmental conditions

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Dominos multi unit supervisory experience
    • Some college coursework or a 2-year college degree
    • Industry-specific certifications or training
    • Experience with inventory management systems
    • Experience with scheduling and resource planning software
    • Proven track record of implementing process improvements
    • Experience in a fast-paced, diverse work environment
    • Bilingual capabilities
    • Experience with performance management and employee development programs
