Expectations:
Performs a variety of standardized tests and procedures in conjunction with associated clerical and quality assurance functions. Works with lab management to perform various administrative tasks that ensure section/shift operates in an efficient, effective manner. Meets CLIA criteria for General Supervisor, Technical Supervisor and Testing Personnel. This position may require flexibility of hours.EDUCATION:Bachelor Degree required.EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:Must have experience as required by the specific position, including personnel requirements as defined by CLIA.LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:Required:Current Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) or Clinical Microbiologist Scientist (CMS) or Clinical Chemistry Scientist (CCS) or Clinical Hematology Scientist (CHS) issued by California Department of Public Health (CDPH)SKILLS:Must be able to effectively manage competing priorities and calmly and equitably moderate disagreements.

Pay Range: The estimated base rate for this position is $55.61 - $84.82.Additional individual compensation may be available for this role through differentials, extra shift incentives, bonuses, etc. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package, and a comprehensive benefits program is available for qualifying positions.
