Job Overview
The Supervisor coordinates daily operations within the Central Processing department and ensures all instrument and equipment processing-cleaning/decontamination, assembly, packaging, sterilization, and distribution-is completed efficiently and accurately. This role also provides supervision to staff and serves as a resource for resolving service issues and answering customer questions.

Requirements
High School Graduate or equivalent.
3 years of experience in central sterile processing. 2 years supervisory or team leader experience required.
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances
Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution or Certified Registered Central Service Technician with Healthcare Sterile Processing Association. Act 34
