What you will be doing: You'll be responsible for the coordination of designated area of career technical training (CTT) in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential functions:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the administrative and programmatic activities of programs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new and revised policies and procedures affecting the program areas of supervision.
• Manage, recommend, and participate in student counseling and student accountability with activities such as staff/student confrontation and individual student problems/solutions.
• Conduct monthly audits of staff and student files and ensure compliance with established center and DOL requirements.
• Management of advanced training instructional programs.
• Participate in student assessment panels, perform required documentation and evaluation using CIS (Center Information System) and other documentation systems.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of related experience, two of which must be in a supervisory capacity.
• Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements
• Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communication skills and computer proficiency required
• A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
