We're looking for a Buildings & Grounds Supervisor to join our Global Facilities Engineering team at Victaulic's Corporate Headquarters in Easton, PA. In this role, you'll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and overall preservation of the company's buildings, grounds, and site services – including landscaping, snow removal, lawn maintenance, employee and furniture moves, painting, plumbing, and small to medium size capital renovation projects – along with other facility projects and tasks as assigned by our internal customers.

• Travel from site to site; inspect facilities, buildings, and grounds for routine maintenance and cleanliness; prioritize repairs and renovations
• Prioritize and respond to facility requests; respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner; provide information within the area of assignment; resolve complaints in an efficient and timely manner
• Monitor and maintain operation of all utility systems, including plumbing, storm drain, fire protection systems, elevators, HVAC, lighting, etc.
• Monitor and coordinate site janitorial services
• Plan and oversee landscaping and complete grounds maintenance activities, including maintenance of parking lots and sidewalks, lawn maintenance, and removal of snow/ice and trash
• Monitor and maintain site agricultural and pond services, pest control, etc.
• Requisition building maintenance supplies, material, and equipment; monitor inventory; load and unload supplies, materials, and equipment
• Coordinate and assist with people and furniture relocations or installations
• Coordinate load and delivery of tables and chairs to support special events
• Scope, source, and manage renovation projects within existing facilities cohesively and efficiently by working with operations, safety, environmental, quality, accounting, sourcing, and/or any other internal and external project stakeholders

• Associate's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Construction Engineering; other technical degrees may be considered with applicable experience
• 3-5 years minimum experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing and/or corporate office environment
• Ability to read, interpret, and create drawings, specifications, and other information required to support design and development of construction documentation from concept through full implementation of a project
• General knowledge of national and local building codes, Environmental, OSHA, and/or application of codes governed by other localities
• Experience working with outside contractors, including the competitive bid process, responding to RFIs, issuing addendums, processing change orders, tracking cost, and any related tasks required by the process
• Basic knowledge in Architectural, Civil, Electrical, Environmental, and Mechanical engineering disciplines, given the broad nature of Facility Engineering projects
• Strong skills in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and MS Project or related project management software
• Exceptional organization and communication (written and verbal) skills, with the ability to work effectively independently or with others in teams
• Customer-focused mentality and demeanor; detail oriented with strong follow-up
• Ability to work or be on call outside normal working days/hours to support facility/plant emergencies when required
• Ability to travel locally between company facilities

The base salary range for this position will be determined based on experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for the full benefits package described above.
