    What you’ll be doing…


    We are looking for a skilled and motivated Supervisor-Billing to oversee our high-volume Bill Print and Mail Insertion process supporting Consumer and Business Wireless/Wireline Customers.  

    Responsibilities include, but not limited to:  

    •  Managing the daily operations of printing and inserting of Verizon letters and invoices.  
    • Ability to foster a positive and safe environment, working with both union and management employees. 
    • Monitoring work queues to ensure work is completed on time to meet Service Level Agreements, and adhere to all CPNI and CPS  compliance policies. 
    • Supervise and coach employees, assess employee performance, hold employees accountable, take appropriate corrective actions, provide training and ongoing direction and feedback to team members.  
    • Work with vendors to order supplies, or schedule repairs to keep the facility running. 
    •  Responsible for results in terms of overall objectives, aligning with the business needs and production. 

    What we’re looking for...

    You’ll need to have:

    • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
    • Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work experience and/or military experience.
    • Utilize Direct Connect and Cannon/Xerox Printers.
    • Utilize Epic Inserter.
    • Experience with Google Suite.

    Even better if you have one or more of the following:

    • Prior people management and/or leadership experience.
    • Ability to prioritize workload and multitask.
    • Effective communication skills both written and verbal.

    The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
