Position: Supervisor
Location: Keys Jazz Bistro, SF, CA
Keys Jazz Bistro is seeking a highly experienced Supervisor with Bartending experience to enhance our unique full-service entertainment venue. With a focus on providing an exceptional experience centered around live jazz performances, we are looking for an individual who can deliver outstanding service while managing a variety of responsibilities. As we expand into weekend daytime hours, a variety of shift times will be available so expected hours each week is flexible.
Responsibilities:
- Create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere that aligns with our mission of continuing a legacy of Jazz in SF.
- Oversee staff and bar service during operations, ensuring a high level and speed of service.
- Table service or bartending based on business volume.
- Train and oversee service staff to maintain and grow in their responsibilities.
- Inventory management and stocking.
- Supervisor/management experience is required and will be verified with reference checks.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory and 3 years bar experience preferably in a high-volume or entertainment setting.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently when needed, or as a team lead during peak volume.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for service, music and creating an unforgettable guest experience.
