What You'll Do

Lead and support cleaning teams Train and coach employees Cover open shifts when needed Perform quality inspections Support Area Managers Build positive relationships with employees and clients

What We're Looking For

Leadership or cleaning experience preferred Reliable transportation Strong communication and problem-solving skills Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
