 Full-Time
Monday–Friday | 4:00 PM–12:30 AM
Hours may vary. Occasional weekends required.

Environment Control is looking for a dependable, hands-on leader to support our commercial cleaning operations. If you enjoy leading by example, training employees, and keeping customers happy, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

✅ Lead and support cleaning teams
✅ Train and coach employees
✅ Cover open shifts when needed
✅ Perform quality inspections
✅ Support Area Managers
✅ Build positive relationships with employees and clients

What We're Looking For

✔ Leadership or cleaning experience preferred
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔ Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
✔ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
