Lead the Team: Anesthesia Technician Supervisor Are you a skilled Anesthesia Tech ready to step into a leadership role? We are looking for a dynamic supervisor to lead our Anesthesia Tech team, streamline operating room (OR) operations, and champion high-quality patient care. You will work closely with the Director of Nursing to keep our surgical suites running flawlessly. Why This Role Matters You are the backbone of the anesthesia support team. By training staff, managing daily workflows, and overseeing critical testing, you directly impact patient safety and surgical success every day. What You Will Do Lead the Team: Plan, schedule, and direct daily tasks for Anesthesia Technicians. Train Mentor: Provide hands-on guidance and training within the OR and anesthesia settings. Oversee Quality: Manage Point of Care (POC) testing for all perioperative and anesthesia staff, including Anesthesiologists and CRNAs. Drive Efficiency: Coordinate essential support activities to ensure seamless surgical workflows. Who You Are An Experienced Leader: You know how to motivate a team and manage schedules effectively. A Technical Expert: You possess deep knowledge of anesthesia equipment, workflows, and compliance. A Great Communicator: You collaborate easily with nurses, CRNAs, and Anesthesiologists. Hourly Pay Rate:$24.00 - $35.40 Qualifications Education: Requires ahigh school diploma or GED. Experience: Must have a minimum of three (3) years of anesthesia technician or related anesthesia/OR experience. Supervisory or progressively responsible work-related experience preferred. Certification/Licensure: Requires a BLS card obtained through an approved American Heart Association (AHA) training center upon hire. Prefer certification as an Anesthesia Technician. ACLS and PALS are preferred. Knowledge, Skills, andAbilities: Must have knowledge of asepsis, sterilization, anesthesia equipment, and supply management. Must be able to troubleshoot equipment and assemble/operate complex equipment. Requires the ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English. Must have technical knowledge and skills to operate, troubleshoot technical procedures, andevaluate others. Must have sound communication skills to interact with diverse groups.
