    We are looking for an MD to join our client's growing team. As part of our team of prescribers, you will have the opportunity to provide comprehensive mental health care, including diagnosis, treatment, and medication management, working closely with our clinical team to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients. This position requires a high level of clinical expertise and compassion to ensure success. At LunaJoy, the Supervising MD serves in a hands-on clinical capacity that integrates direct patient interaction with clinical stewardship. This role extends beyond mere oversight; the individual will manage a dedicated patient panel while simultaneously guiding our clinical practitioners to uphold premier psychiatric standards throughout the organization. We seek a veteran psychiatrist devoted to women's mental wellness who desires to maintain their medical practice while mentoring and advancing our multidisciplinary clinical collective.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Training and Supervision: Mentor and supervise psychiatric nurse practitioners and other mental health professionals. Facilitate ongoing training, professional development opportunities, and, from time to time, participate in credentialing committee meetings.
    • Clinical Leadership: Oversee the clinical team, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of care and ethical practice. Lead by example in providing exceptional mental health services.
    • Program Development: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement innovative mental health programs and services that meet the evolving needs of women.
    • Direct Patient Care: Maintain an active caseload, providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and treatment for women, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management with a focus on personalized, evidence-based care.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with therapists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care. Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.
