Job Summary:
This Supervising Director role is responsible for the supervision of personnel and projects involving Remote and Event productions, as well as the direction of the department's most complex and highest profile productions. The Supervising Director will work within the department to maintain the quality of presentations through oversight while providing direction across multiple departments through collaboration. In addition, will work in conjunction with Coordinating Producers to provide support and guidance on content philosophy and execution. The Supervising Director should possess strong production and technical knowledge, and demonstrate leadership qualities in all interactions and decisions. The Supervising Director will assist in the development of Directors, Associate Directors and Stage Managers.

The hiring range for this position in Bristol, CT is $168,400 to $225,800 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
