A successful Superintendents / Senior Superintendents should have:

• Must have ground up experience
• Experience overseeing daily construction site activities.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and field teams.
• Ability to read and work from project plans and construction schedules.
• Experience monitoring work progress and identifying site coordination needs.
• Ability to communicate clear project updates with construction stakeholders.
• Experience reviewing completed work against project requirements.
