Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Superintendent to oversee our wastewater and water treatment projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight: Manage and supervise all aspects of wastewater and water treatment projects, from site preparation to project completion.
Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate the efforts of subcontractors, laborers, and equipment operators to ensure efficient project execution.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure that all work is conducted in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Quality Control: Monitor and ensure the quality of work performed meets project specifications and industry standards.
Scheduling and Budgeting: Develop and manage project schedules, monitor progress, and control project costs to stay within budget.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any issues that arise.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve project-related problems and obstacles promptly to avoid delays.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress photographs, and any changes to the project scope.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in wastewater and water treatment projects.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
Skills: Strong knowledge of wastewater and water treatment processes, construction methods, and safety regulations.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team, manage subcontractors, and coordinate complex projects.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to addressing and resolving issues.
