The Traveling Superintendent will report to Regional Leadership and oversee field operations on commercial construction projects throughout Arkansas.
Lead all onsite construction activities from start-up through closeout
Own and manage project schedules, sequencing, and coordination efforts
Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
Drive safety, quality, and productivity across all phases of construction
Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure project goals are achieved
Maintain relationships with clients, inspectors, and project stakeholders
Travel throughout Arkansas as project needs require

For the Traveling Superintendent we are seeking:
5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
Experience with healthcare, education, retail, commercial, industrial, manufacturing, or defense projects
Proven ability to manage schedules and site operations independently
Strong leadership skills with experience directing subcontractors and field teams
Ability and willingness to travel throughout Arkansas
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Stable work history with a track record of successful project delivery
Salary range: $110,000 - $150,000
