Lead Municipal Construction ProjectsLead and manage municipal construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and objectives. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders effectively. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process. Ability to build relationships with owners, consultants, and project teams.
