Description
- Lead and manage municipal construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines and objectives.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders effectively.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Profile
- Proven experience serving as Superintendent on commercial construction projects
- Municipal, public-sector, civic, K-12, higher education, or similar project experience preferred
- Strong background managing subcontractors and maintaining project schedules
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality excellence
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Stable work history with reputable general contractors
- Ability to build relationships with owners, consultants, and project teams
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
