Job Description

• Serve as a Superintendent supporting active construction projects throughout the Raleigh region.
• Partner with project leadership to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Assist with day-to-day site operations, coordination of subcontractors, and quality control initiatives.
• Lead field activities on CMAR, Design-Build, and General Contracting projects.
• Support K-12, Higher Education, Municipal, Civic, and Commercial construction projects.
• Maintain project schedules, safety standards, and communication with stakeholders.
• Step into a lead role when necessary and confidently manage project execution from the field.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to drive successful project outcomes.
• Work on projects located primarily throughout the Triangle region and Eastern North Carolina

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Lead Superintendent.
• Proven experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Background in one or more of the following sectors:
  • K-12 Education
  • Higher Education
  • Municipal/Civic
  • Commercial Construction
• Experience with:
  • Construction Management at Risk (CMAR)
  • Design-Build delivery methods
  • General Contracting environments
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to oversee project schedules, subcontractors, and site safety.
• Capable of operating independently while collaborating effectively with project teams.
• Must be willing to work on-site full-time.
• Must live in the Raleigh area or be open to relocation.
