Description

As the Superintendent, you will take ownership of all site-based construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Lead day-to-day field operations, site logistics, workforce coordination, and subcontractor management.
• Drive project schedules, site productivity, and construction sequencing to achieve critical milestones.
• Champion a best-in-class safety culture through proactive planning, compliance monitoring, and field leadership.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, trade partners, and internal project teams.
• Oversee project quality programs, inspections, documentation, and punch list management.
• Support preconstruction activities including constructability reviews, schedule development, procurement planning, and quantity take-offs.
• Identify project risks, solve field challenges, and implement innovative solutions to maintain project momentum.

Profile

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Superintendent w/ General Contractor
• Experience working on large scale ground up Commercial projects required (10M+)
• K-12 or Higher Education projects preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• OSHA certification and construction software knowledge is a plus
