Description

* Manage day-to-day site operations on ground-up Tilt Wall and Industrial projects.
* Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality control activities.
* Oversee civil site work, structural construction, interiors, and finish-out phases.
* Maintain project progress, documentation, and communication with stakeholders.
* Drive safe, efficient project delivery from mobilisation through completion.

Profile

* 5-8 years of Superintendent experience in Tilt Wall and Industrial construction.
* Proven background delivering ground-up projects from site work through closeout.
* Strong understanding of Tilt Wall construction methods and sequencing.
* Ability to discuss project scope, responsibilities, and key project outcomes in detail.
* Local to the Melbourne/Space Coast market with a team-oriented approach.

Job Offer

Salary: $80,000-$110,000 base (flexibility up to $120,000 for the right candidate), annual bonus, 401(k), company vehicle, gas card, and 100% employee health insurance.
