The Superintendent will report to senior construction leadership and be responsible for overseeing all field operations from site mobilization through project completion. The Superintendent will play a critical role in delivering tilt-wall industrial projects safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

The successful applicant will have experience working for a reputable commercial or industrial General Contractor. They will have a proven track record leading tilt-wall construction projects from start to finish. Minimum 3-5 years of light industrial construction experience is required, along with experience delivering warehouse, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or industrial facilities. Strong knowledge of scheduling, site operations, subcontractor management, and safety protocols is essential. The ability to manage fast-paced projects and drive outcomes in the field is crucial, as are excellent communication and leadership skills.
