As a Superintendent, you will take ownership of the day-to-day field operations on assigned projects and work closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, clients, architects, and other project stakeholders.

A well-established and highly respected commercial General Contractor is looking to add a Superintendent to its growing Special Projects Group in Los Angeles.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial Superintendent who enjoys fast-paced, technically challenging projects and prefers the variety of Special Projects work over long-duration ground-up construction.
The Special Projects Group focuses on commercial Tenant Improvement and renovation projects typically valued at $10M and under. Projects generally run approximately 16 weeks, creating an environment where schedules move quickly, decisions need to be made in real time, and strong field leadership is critical.
