Superintendent - South Florida Commercial Construction

Active projects across 3 countiesEstablished contractor with growth plans A successful Superintendent should have: Superintendent experience on commercial construction projects.

• Manage day-to-day field operations from mobilisation through turnover
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, logistics, and inspections
• Maintain project safety, quality, and production standards
• Work closely with project managers to drive milestone completion
• Lead project closeout, punch list, and turnover activities

• Ground-up and/or major renovation experience preferred
• Strong leadership and subcontractor coordination capabilities
• Proven ability to manage schedules and field operations
• South Florida project experience preferred
