Job Description
Glimpse of your role
Oversee day-to-day field operations on large commercial projects, ensuring work progresses safely, efficiently, and according to plan
Act as the on-site leader and primary liaison for clients, design teams, inspectors, and subcontractors while upholding quality standards
Coordinate scheduling, manpower, materials, and equipment, while managing RFIs, field directives, and change impacts using modern construction technology
Work directly with company leadership to bring new ideas to the table
Collaborate closely with project managers, estimating, and procurement teams during preconstruction and throughout the build to drive continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant
What We're Looking For
5-10+ years of healthcare and life science project experience, including ground-up new construction.
Proven ability to run projects valued at $20M+ while managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and clients
Self Perform experience
Structural steel, concrete, masonry, finishing, drywall experience
Ideally an individual that has come up through the trades
Healthcare or Higher Education experience required
Autonomous individual
Really strong with building and adhering to schedule
Occupied space and ground up experience
