Job Description
Superintendent - Structural Garage Lead
- Lead all field operations related to the parking garage structure scope
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and daily activities
- Ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans
- Drive project milestones and maintain schedule commitments
- Collaborate closely with project management and trade partners
- Monitor quality control and resolve field issues proactively
- Conduct site meetings and maintain clear communication across teams
Superintendent - Kitchen & Interior Lead
- Oversee all kitchen build-out and interior construction activities
- Manage subcontractor performance and sequencing of work
- Ensure workmanship meets project specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and turnover activities
- Maintain project schedules and drive progress in a fast-paced environment
- Partner with project leadership to resolve challenges quickly and effectively
- Champion safety and site organization throughout construction

The Successful Applicant
- Superintendent experience on large commercial construction projects
- Proven ability to lead subcontractors and multiple trades simultaneously
- Strong understanding of construction scheduling and field operations
- Experience with hospitality, entertainment, casino, hotel, mixed-use, or large commercial projects preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, demanding construction environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Safety-focused mindset with a commitment to quality execution
- Willingness to consider future travel assignments is a plus, but not required
- Open to both local candidates and fully traveling candidates
