Job Description

Superintendent - Structural Garage Lead

  • Lead all field operations related to the parking garage structure scope
  • Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and daily activities
  • Ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and according to project plans
  • Drive project milestones and maintain schedule commitments
  • Collaborate closely with project management and trade partners
  • Monitor quality control and resolve field issues proactively
  • Conduct site meetings and maintain clear communication across teams

Superintendent - Kitchen & Interior Lead

  • Oversee all kitchen build-out and interior construction activities
  • Manage subcontractor performance and sequencing of work
  • Ensure workmanship meets project specifications and quality standards
  • Coordinate inspections, punch lists, and turnover activities
  • Maintain project schedules and drive progress in a fast-paced environment
  • Partner with project leadership to resolve challenges quickly and effectively
  • Champion safety and site organization throughout construction

The Successful Applicant

  • Superintendent experience on large commercial construction projects
  • Proven ability to lead subcontractors and multiple trades simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling and field operations
  • Experience with hospitality, entertainment, casino, hotel, mixed-use, or large commercial projects preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, demanding construction environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Safety-focused mindset with a commitment to quality execution
  • Willingness to consider future travel assignments is a plus, but not required
  • Open to both local candidates and fully traveling candidates
