Commercial Construction Superintendent – Restaurant Construction

Salary: $120,000–$130,000 per year

About the Role

Our client is an established commercial general contractor specializing in ground-up construction and renovations, with experience across full-service restaurants and other commercial markets. They're seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee restaurant construction projects from mobilization through closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily jobsite operations and subcontractor coordination.
• Oversee restaurant construction schedules, site logistics, and quality control.
• Coordinate trades, inspections, drawings, and project closeout.
• Enforce jobsite safety standards and maintain accurate daily reports.
• Communicate with project managers, owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects meet specifications, quality expectations, and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience.
• Experience building or renovating full-service restaurants.
• Strong scheduling, trade coordination, and field leadership skills.
• Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel across Texas.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
