You'll work closely with Project Management, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, architects, inspectors, and other project partners to successfully deliver each project.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who communicates clearly, solves problems proactively, and takes pride in running a safe, organized, and high-performing jobsite.WHAT YOU'LL DOLead construction site activities from project startup through deliveryChampion jobsite safety and ensure Pavilion's safety expectations are consistently communicated and followedDevelop, maintain, and communicate four-week production schedules in coordination with the Project ManagerCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and day-to-day field operationsHold trade partners accountable to scope, schedule, quality, and project expectationsReview plans, specifications, and construction documents; identify conflicts and drive timely resolutionsManage field documentation, including RFIs, ASIs, submittals, daily reports, photographs, record drawings, and as-builtsLead site coordination and weekly safety meetingsMaintain a clean, organized, professional jobsite that reflects Pavilion's standardsSupport quality assurance, punch list, and project closeout activitiesProactively identify and resolve safety, quality, schedule, scope, and logistical challengesLead, mentor, and develop Pavilion field staff and Assistant Superintendents, when applicableWHAT YOU'LL BRINGStrong construction field leadership and jobsite management experienceKnowledge of construction safety, quality assurance, scheduling, and field coordinationAbility to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documentsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsClear written and verbal communication with the ability to build strong working relationshipsAbility to coordinate multiple subcontractors, suppliers, and project prioritiesConfidence working with clients, architects, inspectors, trade partners, and internal teamsStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and construction/project management softwareAbility to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining professionalism and attention to detailA commitment to accountability, teamwork, and developing the people around youReady to build your vision?
