Job Info:

Oversee field operations on commercial roofing projects, leading crews and managing day-to-day site activity to keep work on schedule, on budget, and to spec. Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors, inspect completed work for quality, and keep the Project Manager updated on progress. Maintain a strong on-site presence and ensure safety and code compliance throughout.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Superintendent in the commercial roofing industry
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems including TPO, EPDM, PVC, waterproofing, and metal
• Proven leadership skills with a solid understanding of OSHA compliance and site safety
