We are seeking an experienced Superintendent – Recycle Coordinator to support a large-scale semiconductor construction project. This position will lead field coordination, construction logistics, and contractor activities across Tool Install and supporting construction operations.
Responsibilities
Lead field construction coordination and integration across multiple projects and trades.
Supervise trade contractors, field personnel, and large craft workforces.
Coordinate Tool Install construction logistics, including staging, work areas, site access, and material movement.
Resolve multi-discipline field conflicts and remove roadblocks impacting construction.
Lead daily contractor coordination meetings and field communications.
Monitor short-term schedules, contractor progress, safety, and quality.
Coordinate RFIs, field changes, and constructability issues with engineering and project teams.
Conduct site walks and ensure contractors comply with project safety, security, and construction requirements.
Qualifications
10+ years of construction experience with significant field leadership responsibility.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Experience managing multiple contractors and large craft workforces.
Experience with semiconductor, Tool Install, cleanroom, advanced manufacturing, or other large-scale construction projects preferred.
Strong understanding of construction logistics, sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination.
Ability to independently resolve construction and contractor issues.
Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
