The firm has built a strong reputation through quality construction, long-term client relationships, employee retention, and a commitment to delivering complex residential projects successfully.Job DescriptionOversee day-to-day field operations for a $71M, 280-unit ground-up apartment project. Manage project schedule, subcontractors, and site logistics from start to completion. Coordinate slab-on-grade, elevated podium concrete, wood-frame, and sitework activities. Lead and mentor 2 Assistant Superintendents while collaborating with the project management team.
